So Cheap & Easy, Even I Can Do It!
Ingredients:
1 half of a medium butternut squash (lengthwise)
1 tbsp. of unsalted butter
1 tbsp. of brown sugar
Microwavable Plastic wrap

Cut and remove the two ends of the butternut squash
2.
Remove the seeds
3. Cover it completely with plastic wrap and
microwave it for
about 8 minutes until it becomes tender
4. Remove it from the microwave and let it cool
down until you can hold it safely
5. Remove the plastic wrap
6. With a fork (or whatever you have), mash the squash and
then transfer the puree to a bowl or pan (do not use the skin)
7. Add 1 tbsp of unsalted butter, 1 tbsp of brown
sugar and
a little bit of salt, (at your taste)
8. Mix it well and it is ready to serve
